The Arbitration, Reconciliation, and Mediation Center is a private dispute resolution center established to resolve disputes between individuals and institutions quickly, independently, fairly, and effectively.
Our center offers versatile services such as ad hoc arbitration, voluntary mediation, reconciliation meetings, and preparation of settlement protocols, implementing alternative dispute resolution methods within the Turkish legal system. The preparation of reconciliation minutes under Article 35/A of Attorneyship Law No. 1136 is also conducted by our expert lawyers and resolution professionals within the center.
